Representing the final year the 911 Targa was offered with a naturally aspirated engine, this 2016 Porsche 991 Targa 4S is equipped with a 400 HP flat-six motor sending power to all four wheels through a 7-speed PDK transmission. This 991 is finished in Rhodium Silver Metallic with a brushed silver Targa bar and a retractable black roof panel. The car was optioned with SportDesign exterior mirrors, bi-xenon headlights with Porsche Dynamic Light System (PDLS), and 20” Carrera Classic wheels that have been swapped in favor of aftermarket rims with faux center lock caps and Pirelli P Zero tires. The original wheels are also included in the sale. Other equipment includes polished quad exhaust tips, a speed-activated rear spoiler, red brake calipers, side skirts, headlamp washers, and clear side marker lenses. The seller notes the front end and mirror caps are preserved under a clear paint protection film layer. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The Black and Garnet Red leather interior includes optional heated 14-way Power Sport Seats with memory and Porsche-crested headrests. An OEM GT3 gear knob and steering wheel have been installed, and the original knob and heated multifunction wheel are included in the sale. Other accessories include ParkAssist (front and rear) with a reversing camera, the BOSE Audio Package, dual-zone automatic climate control, cruise control, a Sport Chrono stopwatch, and a Porsche Communication Management (PCM) infotainment system.
A naturally aspirated 3.8-liter flat-six engine delivers up to 400 HP to all four wheels through a 7-speed dual-clutch PDK transmission. Equipped with the optional Sport Chrono Package, the Targa 4S accelerates from 0-60 MPH in as little as 4.4 seconds. The seller indicates approximately 3k miles have been added during their ownership and the car is up to date on all maintenance with its 40k-mile interval service already completed.

Seller is correct with a listing on BaT, you submit and they decide when to go live.
If they already had a cruise planned months in advance and were notified it was going live there is not a lot you can do to adjust. In my case I got the notification less than an hour before it went live.

@Vulcan The ad is a little confusing to me so I checked with my dealer. Apparently the seller purchased it as a previous CPO car but was not under CPO when he bought it. The CPO expired in September 2021. Ad is sort of misleading as the car had been out of CPO for over 2 years when seller bought it? Not sure why it was even mentioned.
@DubbleDeez1 Appreciate the input! I have listed cars on other sites and there was always an accommodation made to ensure the listing was activated only upon my being on hand to be responsive and able to show the car. However, I am not familiar with this site's protocols in that regard. More to the point, there has been no follow through to make an appointment to see the car, despite repeated direct message requests. This appears to be a great car..it has just been a little frustrating in the communication department!
@Yugofirst I am sure @PCarMarket can confirm, but usually when you list a car on these online auction sites they are submitted weeks (if not months) in advance. The site determines when the listing goes live. Can't blame the seller here on the timing! I have sold several cars in online auctions and this has always been my experience.
Does the heated steering wheel still function since you have swapped from the OEM steering wheel?
With all due respect,would it not have served your interests and those of serious buyers to have listed the car at a time when you were available to show the car and meet buyers face to face?

@Vulcan CPO is available from Porsche dealer Warranty was in effect from 2016 -2021. I have title in my name in my posession. No lein or lease on car. Transfer will be title and bill of sale.

Hello All , I am on a cruise and currently in Grand Cay. I will try to answer all questions as soon as possible as internet access is limited and available in certain locations. The wheels currently on he vehicle are form forged and look amazing as a “center lock style “ . There has been no conversion to center lock setup. The OEM Carrera S wheels are also shown in pictures and are flawless. I have no access to the vehicle at this time for any extra pics but my son may be able to help out if necessary. This is a great car and was built perfectly.Happy bidding

Beautiful color combo and build. Was the steering wheel upgraded to the 991.2 wheel? I thought the 991.1 models all had the older style wheel. This one looks like a 991.2 wheel?
