This 1966 Sunbeam Tiger Mk 1A underwent refurbishment prior to the seller’s acquisition in 2024. It showcases a white finish over a black vinyl upholstery and is powered by a 260ci V8 engine mated to a 4-speed manual transmission. Notable features include 13″ LAT 70-style alloy wheels, a black soft top, a body-color removable hardtop, front disc brakes, a heater, chrome bumpers, and trim, and more. This Tiger is now being offered for auction by its seller out of California.
Originally factory-finished in Arctic White, this example underwent a repaint sometime before 2004. Notable features encompass chrome bumpers, a black soft top, a body-color detachable hardtop, dual side mirrors, and polished trim. It rides on 13″ LAT 70-style alloy wheels fitted with aftermarket center caps and a new set of Dunlop Sport Classic tires, which were recently installed in preparation for the sale. Detailed images are provided in the gallery.
Inside, the bucket seats are adorned in black vinyl, surrounded by corresponding door panels and rear cockpit trim. Segments of the lower dashboard underwent reupholstering in preparation for the sale. Equipment includes a wood-trimmed steering wheel, a polished wood veneer dashboard, a passenger-side glove compartment, a heater, an ashtray, seatbelts, and a center armrest with a storage compartment. While the ammeter is non-operational, the seller confirms all other gauges and electronics are working properly.
Power is derived from a 260ci Ford V8, delivering a factory-rated 164 HP and 258 lb.-ft of torque to the rear wheels through a 4-speed Toploader manual transmission. Braking is facilitated by front discs and rear drums.
This sale will include a spare tire, a tonneau cover, and a clean title.
The seller would like you to know: “This is a nice Tiger, solid and tight. Excellent driving, no stories.”

@badboybuses There was no charge, that was an authorization based on your bid that was released after the auction. It can take a few days for it to be reflected on your bank statement. Thank you
